Yes, payments through all major credit cards are accepted in Safe Link Limo Service.

Yes, we do have a cancellation policy.

Any ride made for the airport, must be cancelled at least one (1) hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid full charges of cancellation.

Scheduled Hourly book-out rides made with Sedan or SUV and limousines must be cancelled at least twelve (12) Hours in advance to avoid a cancellation charge of the full rate. Hourly book outs for vans, must be cancelled under seven (2) days of reservation to avoid full charges of cancellation.

You cannot cancel a Car Service due to an airline flight cancellation until or unless you cancel the car service 2 hours prior of scheduled pick up time. If you do so, you’ll be charged full base rate of the ride.

Safe Link Limo services cares about their customers and we want to make sure that kids are safe while riding in any of our vehicles. However, our cars are not equipped with kid’s car seats. Please bring any seating needs along with you for your kids. We also provide a child seat for your child for an additional charge, please make sure you request car seat by going contact us page.

Our chauffeur will try to contact with you once you have landed by tracking your flight.

Unfortunately in case your flight is postponed by more than one hour, we would try our best to reschedule and assist you, but in this case service is not guarantee.
